Kelley and Zach's Wedding at The Season's Event Center | Southern Illinois Wedding Photographer

Zach and Kelley’s wedding at the Season’s Event Center is a day I will never forget. Between the cozy decor that made guests feel like they were being welcomed home, the rain that cleared up just in time for the outdoor ceremony they had been dreaming about, and watching two of my favorite people get married…it was the perfect day.

Zach is my husband’s best friend, and the three of us have been hunting buddies for about seven years now. (If you hop over to this post, you will find the three of us behind Zach’s recent buck.) I have known Kelley for just as long. Our guys, our double dates, and our shared obsession with rustic home decor has given us an amazing friendship. It meant so much to me to be a part of both the planning leading up to, and also the wedding day that we had all been waiting for.

The wedding details were made up of classic neutrals, natural greenery, and completely DIY. Kelley is the queen of DIY.

I love this next centerpiece because Zach welded it and Kelley styled it…the perfect blend!

This next scene sat at the entrance, and was my favorite part of their decor. Doesn’t it feel like home?!

When the rain stopped, the ceremony started!

Zach also welded this arbor for the ceremony! Then, of course, Kelley worked her magic for the florals.

The sun even peaked out towards evening for photos!

Kelley is stunning everyday, then you put her in a wedding dress and holy smokes.

A couple of helpful groomsmen carried the head table bench out to this spot, and I will never get over the result of this couple, with that bench, in the most perfect light.

And, keep scrolling for their BA signature cocktail.

With Zach’s lead, we all ended the night singing David Allan Coe at the top of our lungs.
